1. Working principle of zirconia analyzer
Fully stabilized zirconia ceramics is a solid dielectric, which has ionic conductivity at a certain temperature, and is a key component in the measurement device to convert the oxygen concentration of flue gas into electrical signals. At a certain temperature, when the oxygen concentrations on the inside and outside of the zirconia tube are different, an oxygen concentration difference potential will be generated on the inside and outside of the zirconia tube, and the two leads on the zirconium tube will send the oxygen concentration potential to the secondary instrument for processing. Calculate and display the oxygen level.
2. Main components of zirconia analyzer
Dust filter, zirconia tube element (zirconia solid electrolyte), protection tube, thermocouple, heating furnace, standard gas to gas pipe, junction box and other main components.
3. Basic conditions for normal work
1. The zirconia element needs to be heated to 700°C and kept at a constant temperature of 700°C.
2. The flue gas temperature at the installation point of the zirconia analyzer should be lower than 700℃.
3. The output voltage of the analyzer should match the resistance value of the heating wire. (Can heat the electric furnace to 700℃)
