When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the float in the main pipe of the magnetic flap level gauge also rises and falls, and the long-term magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, which drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °, when the liquid level rises, the turning column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the turning column turns from red to white, and the red and white boundaries of the indicator are the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus Realize the indication of liquid level. Magnetic technology, switch or remote transmitter can also be installed on the body tube to output switch signal or analog signal. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and other occasions, and can be displayed locally and controlled remotely.

The magnetic flap level gauge has the direct-reading feature of local display. There is no need to combine multiple sets of liquid level gauges. It has the advantages of single unit for full-scale measurement, less openings in the equipment, clear display, eye-catching signs, and intuitive reading.

4. Measure the temperature of the medium: The difference in temperature determines the different choices of the material type of the float and the display panel. When the temperature is too low in winter, it is necessary to install a potential heat or a steam jacket for heat preservation. The temperature of the medium that can be measured by the liquid level gauge is -20℃~500℃.

5. Working pressure: The size of the pressure determines the thickness of the main pipe and the difference in processing techniques such as welding. The maximum pressure of the medium that the level gauge can measure can reach 10MPa.

6. Connection method: The top-mounted magnetic flap liquid level gauge series products generally use DN80 or DN100 connection flanges, and the side-mounted magnetic flap liquid level gauge adopts three connection methods: flange connection (such as DN25), clamp connection, threaded connection.

7. Measuring range: 1. The side-mounted type is connected to the container to be measured through two upper and lower conduits, so its measurement range is the distance between the centers of the two conduits, referred to as the center distance.

2. The top-loading type is inserted into the container from the top, so its measurement range is the distance that needs to be measured between the top and bottom of the container.
