Description
Heating cables can be divided into two types: single-conductor heating cables and dual-conductor heating cables. Heating cables are often referred to as geothermal cables. The difference between the double-conductor heating cable and the single-conductor heating cable is that the inside of the double-conductor heating cable is welded by the metal heating wire and the two cores of the copper conductor, and the double-conductor heating cable itself forms a loop; at the tail of the heating cable, The heating cable core can be folded back and only the terminal of the heating cable needs to be connected when routing. Since the two-conductor heating cable has its own loop, all the lines are on the same end. In the construction process, as long as the terminal is connected to the power supply, the end of the wiring is not required and can be placed arbitrarily according to the specific situation. Compared with single-conductor heating cables, it greatly reduces the difficulty of construction and is more and more popular. The heating cable is composed of alloy resistance wire, insulating layer, ground wire, shielding layer and outer sheath. The alloy resistance wire is used to energize and heat, and the operating temperature is between 50 and 60 °C.
