Application installation range:

The cable is designed with special structure and can be installed in rails, cranes, logistics transportation and other occasions as power and control cables.

Cable characteristics:

Using a new type of oil-resistant and flexible special outer sheath, it can still be soft and flame-retardant even at a low temperature of -15 °C.

Cable structure:

Conductor: multi-strand finely stranded oxygen-free copper wire, in line with VDE0295CLASS 5 standard

Insulation: color indicated, in line with 2271IEC (brown, blue, black, yellow-green), black numbers and white numbers, in line with EN50214 standard (if yellow-green grounding wire is included, please specify)

Sheath: Oil-resistant, flame-retardant, elastic PVC special sheath or gray (RAL7001), black (RAL9005). It must be explained in advance when using it outdoors.

For example, when the crane is used as follows:

1. When the lifting cables are arranged in a line:

(1) The free use length is greater than 35 meters;

(2) The running speed is greater than 1.6 m/s;

It should be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable. The load-bearing elements are generally galvanized soft steel wires or fiber ropes such as aramid yarns.

2. When the hoisting cable is a plum-shaped twisted arrangement:

(1) The free hanging length is greater than 80 meters;

(2) The running speed is 4.0 m/s to 10.0 m/s;

It should be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, and the load-bearing elements are generally galvanized soft steel wire ropes.
