Description

I. Overview:

      Inverter cable is suitable for AC rated voltage 0.6/1KV and below inverter control system as power supply cable or electrical connection. The product has high voltage shock resistance and can withstand the pulse voltage during frequency conversion. The cable has good shielding and eliminates electromagnetic interference. , reduce the noise of the variable frequency motor, and the system runs stably. Used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.

    Inverter cables are mainly used for connecting cables between variable frequency power supplies and variable frequency motors, as well as in transmission and distribution lines with rated voltages of 1KV and below, for power transmission. Especially suitable for papermaking, metallurgy, metal processing, mining, railways and Food processing and other industries.


2. Conditions of use:


    1. Rated voltage U0/U: 0.6/1KV.

    2. The long-term allowable high temperature of the cable conductor is 90 degrees, and the high temperature during short circuit is 250 degrees


    3. The ambient temperature for installation and laying is not lower than 0 degrees, and the ambient temperature for fixed installation is not lower than -10 degrees.

         High operating temperature:

        Silicone rubber insulation 180℃

        Fluorine 46 insulation 200℃ and 260℃ two kinds

        PVC insulation 70℃

        Cross-linked polyethylene 90℃


    4. The allowable minimum bending radius of the cable is not less than 15D (D-cable outer diameter, mm)
