1: Product features and uses


This product is suitable for AC U0/U 300/500V power, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries with electronic computer-based automatic control systems, computer distributed control systems, automatic control systems as control lines and electronic computer cables for testing instruments and meters.


Two: product implementation standards


Q/HHTZH002.3 (equivalent to British BS5308 standard)


The flame retardant performance test implements the GB12666-90 standard


Three: use features


1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 300/500KV


2. High working temperature: polyethylene edge does not exceed 70 ℃


Cross-linked polyethylene J edge 90 ℃


Low smoke halogen free flame retardant polyolefin 70℃


Low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cross-linked polyolefins at 90°C and 125°C


3. Low ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15℃


4. Cable installation and laying temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃.


5. The allowable bending radius of the cable: the unarmored cable is as small as 6 times the outer diameter of the cable


The copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cable is 12 times the outer diameter of the cable

For flame-retardant computer cables, add ZR in front of the model, and the shielding can be made of tinned copper wire. The basic model is omitted.
