ZRO2-II Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer is a common modern instrument, suitable for measuring the oxygen content of flue gas in various industrial boilers, kilns and heating furnaces. ZrO2-II type in-line oxygen analyzer has the characteristics of high sensitivity, excellent reproducibility and stability, automatic switching, fast response, wide range and continuous online measurement, etc. It can realize low-oxygen combustion control and achieve energy saving. ZRO2-II Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer Principle:


    1. It is constructed according to the principle of concentration difference battery. Like other batteries, it has two half-cells, and between the two electrodes, a solid dielectric zirconia is used to connect.


    2. At high temperature, when there is oxygen concentration difference on both sides of zirconia, an oxygen concentration difference battery is formed, and the electromotive force of the battery can be calculated according to the Nernst formula, namely:

1. The installation site of the oxygen detector must meet the conditions:

   Ambient temperature: 0-50℃


   Working ambient temperature: ≤90%

   No flammable, explosive and strong corrosive gases, and requires good ventilation.
