Types of wear-resistant thermocouple protection tubes:


1. High temperature alloy wear-resistant: special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy materials are used as the outer protection tube for temperature measurement, and the inner armored core body has high corrosion resistance to particle erosion, and can be used for internal protection under high temperature conditions. The core plays a good protective role. With flange or threaded connection, temperature measurement can be performed between 0-1200 °C for a long time.


2. Composite casting wear-resistant alloy: The composite armoring technology is used to add wear-resistant particles to the superalloy matrix, and precision casting is used. No turning is required, the casing has high hardness, high temperature oxidation resistance, a few casting defects but does not affect the high temperature wear resistance and sealing performance.


3. Cermet wear-resistant: It adopts recrystallized silicon carbide metal ceramic protection tube, the high temperature can reach 1300 ℃, and the built-in K-grade or S-grade armored core is specially suitable for high temperature resistance of cement kiln tail, circulating fluidized bed, etc. Temperature measurement of grinding conditions.


4. Ion implantation of tungsten carbide: tungsten carbide particles are implanted on the surface of the casing by ion implantation technology with stainless steel as the base. It has high hardness, high strength and special wear resistance. The thickness of the wear layer is 0.5-1.5mm, the outer hard is hard and the inner tough, the small diameter can reach φ8, the surface quality is good, and the operating temperature is 0-800 ℃. 5. TLC2 type: working temperature is 1250°C, wear resistance is lower than TLC1 type, compared with ceramic tube Protective tube.


TLC3 type: It is improved from TLC2 type. In addition to the characteristics of TLC2 type, the wear resistance has been specially improved, which is much higher than that of TLC1 type. Under the same working conditions, the service life can be doubled. Operating temperature 1300°C.


TLC4 type: It is made from TLC1 type. In addition to the characteristics of TLC1 type, it has a special improvement in wear resistance, which is much higher than that of TLC1 type. Under the same working conditions, the service life can be increased by three times. 1100°C. After practical use, the service life of the protective tube for temperature measurement at the inlet and outlet of the ball mill can reach 36 months.
