The special wear-resistant thermocouple for cement plant mainly consists of junction box, wiring tube, special protection tube, insulating sleeve, terminal, special lining sleeve, thermode, and is equipped with various installation components. At the same time optional integrated temperature transmitter.


The general wall thickness of the wear-resistant thermocouple protection tube for cement plants is 4-8 mm (determined according to the temperature measurement site). The protection tube is specially designed for cement plants, and its function is to prolong the service life of thermocouples at the temperature measuring points of C3, C4, C5, decomposition furnace, tertiary air duct, kiln tail smoke and kiln head cover. When installing this product, according to the difference of each industrial measurement and control point, you can leave a blank or a protection tube on the kiln in advance, and select a special thermocouple of the corresponding specification.


In the design process of this product, the specifications and models installed in the running 1000-10000T/D cement production line are fully considered for the use of various measurement and control points on the production line.


Selection of the length of the protective tube: the insertion depth in the furnace + the thickness of the furnace wall + the exposed part outside the furnace = the total length.


During the production and operation, when installing or replacing the thermocouple, please slowly put the thermocouple into the furnace and fix the connection device.


When the long-term temperature measurement of the process measurement and control point is at 1100 °C, the thermocouple works normally for about 60 working days. Because the even wire is in a high temperature state for a long time, its accuracy will change slightly. The thermocouple can be replaced according to the requirements of the process. temperature element.


In the place involving cutting or scouring, after the thermocouple is used for 60 working days, the thermocouple is turned over and reinstalled at 90°C, so that the service life of the special wear-resistant thermocouple is doubled.
