This product is fit for ac rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 kv for fixed installation, power transmission and distribution line motor lead wire, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and alkali and corrosive gas, waterproof and other characteristics, environment of high temperature electrical performance stability, large carrying capacity, long service life, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, large construction, automotive and other industries.

Three: use characteristics

1. Ac rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1kV

2. Maximum operating temperature: polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) insulation does not exceed 200℃

Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation shall not exceed 260℃

3. Minimum ambient temperature: fluoroplastic insulation and sheath

-40℃ for fixed laying, -15℃ for non-fixed laying

4. The cable installation and laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃(fluorine plastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheath cable should not be lower than -25℃).

5. The allowable bending radius of a single-core cable should be at least 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable

The multi-core cable should be at least 10 times of the cable diameter

Six: main technical indicators

1. Refer to Table 1 of Appendix A for dc resistance of finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB3956).

The insulation resistance must be at least 500 ω /KM at 20 ° C and at least 10 ω /KM at 180 ° C

3. Finished cable withstands ac 50HZ3.5 kV /5min voltage test without breakdown.
