Single flange pressure transmitter installation requirements

Pressure source: The installation process of pressure transmitter is a complex process. There are many factors to be considered, such as application occasions and site environment design requirements. The most important one is pressure source. The following points should be paid attention to. :

1. The installation position should be selected in a stable position of the material flow to be tested;

2. When installed in the same pipe section as the temperature source component, it should be installed on its upstream side. Its end cannot extend beyond the inner wall of the pipe. When the pressure of the turbid material appears in the detection zone, install it at an acute angle on the horizontal pipeline; on inclined and vertical equipment and pipelines, install it obliquely upward, and pay attention to the following points:

When measuring the liquid pressure, the lower half of the pipeline and the horizontal centerline of the pipeline should form an included angle of 0°~45°. When measuring gas pressure and steam pressure, the upper part of the pipeline should be measured, and attention should be paid when measuring the steam pressure, and the lower part should be within the range of 0°~45° from the horizontal center line of the pipeline.

1. Direct installation type: simple installation, less material, and saving manpower and material resources, but with great limitations;

2. Bracket-mounted type: Due to the limitation of pipeline design and operation position, it cannot be directly installed on pipelines or equipment, and is generally widely used in industry.
