Description

One: Product features and uses This product has the characteristics of cold resistance, softness, wear resistance, oil resistance, etc. It is suitable for connecting cables for mobile electrical appliances with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below with special requirements such as cold resistance and oil resistance. Widely used in metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing and other industries.


Two: Product implementation standard Q/HL009-2004. The flame retardant performance test implements the provisions of GB12666-90


Three: use features


1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV z.ui high working temperature: 105℃ z.ui low ambient temperature: fixed installation -40 ℃


2. Cable installation and laying temperature should not be lower than -25 ℃.


3. The allowable bending radius of the cable: the z.ui of the cable is 12 times the outer diameter of the cable

Six: main technical indicators


1. Refer to Appendix A Table 2 for the DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (R class) (in compliance with GB3956).


2. The insulation resistance is not less than 50MΩ/KM at 20℃.


3. The finished cable withstands the AC 50HZ3.5KV/5min voltage test without breakdown.
