Maintenance and use of magnetic flap level gauge

Magnetic flap level gauges are widely used in liquid level measurement and control in the production process of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, marine, construction, food and other industries. The product is developed according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the liquid level gauge also rises and falls, and the magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column through magnetic coupling. The indicator drives the red and white flipping columns to turn 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flipping column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the flipping column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the liquid inside the container. The actual height of the level, so as to achieve a clear indication of the liquid level.

    Maintenance and use of magnetic flap level gauge:

    1. The liquid level gauge must be installed vertically to ensure that the float assembly can move freely up and down in the main pipe.

    2. No magnets are allowed near the main body of the level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the work of the level gauge.

    3. After the liquid level gauge is installed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the flip column once so that it will display red below the zero position and white above the zero position.

    4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drain pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to enter the main pipe smoothly, so as to avoid the rapid rise of the liquid medium with the floating ball assembly, which may cause the failure of the column rotation and random overturning. If this phenomenon occurs, the magnetic steel can be used to recalibrate after the liquid level is stable.

    5. In order not to damage the float assembly during transportation, take the float assembly out of the main body of the level gauge before leaving the factory. After the level gauge is installed, open the bottom drain flange and re-install the float assembly. into the main body tube, pay attention to the heavier end of the float assembly facing up and cannot be installed upside down. If the floating ball assembly has been installed in the main body tube before leaving the factory, in order to ensure that the floating ball assembly is not damaged during transportation, we use a soft card to fix the floating ball assembly in the main body tube, and only need to pull out the soft card during installation.

    6. According to the condition of the medium, the sewage flange can be opened regularly to clean the sediment in the main pipe.
