Gravity or reduce the magnetic attraction between the float and the level switch.


Regarding these two different treatment methods, if the buoyancy is increased, the volume of the float will inevitably increase, and the gravity of the float will also increase, but the float is in the buoy, and the volume increase is not large. However, by reducing the gravity, the center of gravity of the float may move up, and the float is prone to sideways rotation and friction with the float. The meter shows a deviation. How to reduce the magnetic attraction between the magnetic switch and the float, we have 4 options for you to choose:


(1) The first is to reduce the magnetic properties of the micro switch. The magnetic attraction between the float and the micro switch is also reduced. During the rise or fall of the float, the force of the float to drive the micro switch becomes smaller, and the operation of the magnetic flap level gauge will not be affected.


(2) The second is to reduce the magnetism of the float, but it will cause the flap to rotate slowly, lag or fail to move. Because the flip of the magnetic flap is driven by the magnetic attraction of the float, reducing the magnetism of the float will also reduce the magnetic attraction, which is easy to cause abnormal movement of the flap.


(3) The third is to increase the distance between the float and the micro switch, because the magnetic attraction increases with the decrease of the distance of the magnetic material, and increasing the distance will also reduce the magnetic attraction of the float to the micro switch. Specifically, an iron sheet can be installed at the micro-switch of the float, and the micro-switch can be added after a certain thickness, so that the magnetic attraction of the float can just drive the float and the attraction is not too large.


(4) The latter solution of z.ui is to increase the rotation angle of the micro switch. Under the action of the magnetic force of the float, the micro switch can rotate at a certain angle, but because the micro switch is limited by the limit column, the actual rotation angle very small. After increasing the rotation angle, the micro switch magnetic column rotates with the rise of the float and turns to the limit column. If the force between the float and the micro switch magnetic column is small at this time, the float will not be affected by the micro switch. of the force.
