2. Working principle:


LZ series metal tube rotameter is the force that the upper and lower ends of the float generate differential pressure when the measured medium passes through the conical measuring tube from bottom to top. When the lifting force on the float is greater than the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, the float will rise. , the area of the annulus increases accordingly, the fluid velocity at the annulus decreases immediately, the differential pressure between the upper and lower ends of the float decreases, and the lifting force acting on the float also decreases, until the lifting force is equal to the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, the float will stable at a certain height. The height of the float position corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium. The float has a built-in magnetic steel. When the float moves up and down with the medium, the magnetic field changes with the movement of the float.


a. For the local type, the rotating magnet in the local indicator is coupled with the magnetic steel in the float to rotate, and at the same time drive the pointer to indicate the flow rate at this time through the dial.


b. For the intelligent type, a solid-state magnetic sensor in the intelligent indicator converts the change of the magnetic field into an electrical signal, and displays the flow rate through A/D conversion, microprocessor, D/A output, and LCD liquid crystal display. size and cumulative flow.


3. Flowmeter type:


According to the direction of fluid inlet and outlet, the products are divided into 5 types: vertical type, horizontal type (also divided into horizontal T type, horizontal spring type), bottom-in side-out type, side-in side-out type, side-in and top-out type, and Each type has standard type, high temperature type, jacket type and so on.
